SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer two domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — $15.00 AUD | Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — $20.00 AUD | Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
International Shipping We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout via Australia Post, based on your delivery address and order weight.
Estimated international delivery times vary by destination:
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
- USA, Canada & UK: 7–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–28 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Regions We Don't Serve We are currently unable to ship to certain restricted regions. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot fulfil your order at this time.
